What is an Exclusive Event

  • Don’t get lost in the crowd!  We are large enough for up to 2,000 guests, yet intimate enough to make your day special.

  • Your Group will have a private access to one of our picnic areas for the entire event, not just an hour like many other venues.

  • We will take care of all the setup and clean-up so you can enjoy a clean, safe and beautiful park.

  • We handle 100% of the guest check-in/registration.  We do not want you to do a thing on the day of your outing except have fun.

  • Cornhole, Horseshoes, Volleyball & Kan Jam are included at no charge! Let us help you setup great Team Building activities like a Cornhole Tournament.

  • Need extra tables, a PA or a raffle barrel? Just let us know and we can provide them FREE of charge.

  • We know how important your meal is, which is why we offer FREE substitutions for Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten Free needs.

  • There are no hidden fees like parking charges, gratuities or service charges.

  • All Exclusive Events include one of Swings-N-Things All-You-Can-Eat Buffets with Beverage Service (Catering Menu).

  • Paintball Village is NOT included in Exclusive Events. Paintball Village will be open to the public during Saturday and Sunday events. Groups may reserve PBV for exclusive use by their guests for an additional charge.  Since paintball does not have the broad audience appeal that other attractions at Swings-N-Things, it is not always cost efficient for a group to exclusively reserve PBV unless they wish to host a Tournament or Team Building Event for their guests. If PBV is NOT reserved exclusively, Swings-N-Things will extend a special Group Price to all of your guests (they will pay individually) who wish to play Paintball ($24.99/person) on the day of your event OR we will be happy to run a “tab” for all guests wishing to play and add this to your invoice.
